<li>Unterstützung bei der konzernübergreifenden Integration und Harmonisierung von Vitesco Technologies in das Prozessmodell „SchaefflerNeu“</li>
<li>Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings und Gremiensitzungen</li>
<li>Unterstützung bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben im Rahmen der Koordination des GPO Champions Network</li>
<li>Durchführung von Recherchen und strukturierte Aufbereitung relevanter Informationen</li>
<li>Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Aufgaben, beispielsweise Informationsbeschaffung, Konsolidierung, Datenpflege sowie Unterstützung bei übergreifenden Abfragen an Process Manager</li>
<li>Mithilfe bei manuellen Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit Support Process Feedback, Heatmap-Auswertungen und beim Testen des Chatbots </li>
