Your responsibilities Support creating memorable first and last days by organizing thoughtful onboarding and offboarding experiences Set up new hires for success with timely workspace and equipment preparation Partner with hiring managers to streamline recruitment steps and maintain a smooth candidate experience Curate culture moments by helping plan meaningful team events and celebrations Manage day-to-day office needs with care, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes Maintain accurate people records and respond swiftly to updates or absences Handle invoice tracking and affiliate payouts with precision and timeliness Flag team sentiment or people-related risks early to support a healthy, transparent environment Your profile 2 years of experience in HR or people support roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Warm, proactive communicator with a can-do attitude Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and care Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Experience in recruitment coordination or HR systems Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, or productivity platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack) Interest in people experience and office culture development Fluent in English —German is a plus.
