INTERNAL SERVICE ENGINEER
What is expected in the role:
Ensure after-sales technical support to customers, in a Help-Desk logic, namely:
1. Evaluation and technical support to HVAC professionals (cellphone, Whatsapp, e-mail);
2. Selection and quotation of spare parts;
3. Management and technical evaluation of assurance processes;
4. Monitoring the performance of Daikin products;
5. Timely response to customers' technical questions.
6. Creation of technical support content.
Our ideal candidate must have:
7. Professional training in the area of air conditioning and refrigeration, or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related area.
8. 1 to 2 years of experience (preferred), however, more junior candidates will also be considered, as this is an excellent learning opportunity in the field of HVAC;
9. Ability to resolve and diagnose technical issues.
10. Strong customer orientation, autonomy and good communication skills;
11. Good knowledge of English and Computer Science from the user's perspective (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
