Job Description
The primary objective of the Administrative Assistant role is to serve as the main point of contact for researchers, suppliers, students, and volunteers involved in experimental research.
Key responsibilities include interfacing between researchers and central services for finance-related requirements and regulations, assisting the Director and Council members in coordinating and optimizing lab and equipment usage, ensuring transparent communication internally and externally, and performing various tasks such as ordering goods, tracking expenses, and welcoming volunteers.
