Our driving forces are a love of fashion and a fascination for creating unique, expressive designs that always follow the latest trends.Are you looking for a new challenge and want to contribute your IT expertise to an exciting and dynamic company?We are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator (m/f/d) to support our team at the head office in Lauf an der Pegnitz.Your missionAccepting, processing, classifying and responding to inquiries and fault reports via the user hotline, e-mail or control center monitoringDocumentation of support processes and solution documentation in the knowledge databaseMonitoring and ensuring compliance with agreed response and processing timesSupport for business applications, business services and user systems (SAP S/4HANA, SharePoint, WMS system, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Exchange, POS system, Jira, Adobe products, output management)User administration and configuration in Active Directory / Microsoft Entra and SAP S/4 systemCreating and configuring Exchange online mailboxesInstalling and configuring workstations via Autopilot and Intune, as well as managing them in Asset ManagementSoftware rollouts with the help of Microsoft IntuneProvision of mobile devices via mobile device management (Intune)Processing of network faults at 1st level (LAN, WLAN, WAN)Configuration, commissioning and support of client telephonyReplacement of defective client hardwareYour profileSuccessfully completed training in the IT sector (IT specialist for system integration or comparable training)At least one year of professional experience in the IT helpdeskVery good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office applicationsConfidence in dealing with a ticket system and ticket processingKnowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and Intune would be an advantageKnowledge in the areas of Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory / Group PoliciesConfident handling of Apple productsConfident appearance and strong communication skillsVery good knowledge of German and good written and spoken EnglishIndependent, reliable and structured way of workingDo you want to shine with us?We look forward to receiving your application, stating your earliest possible starting date and your salary expectations.
