We are looking for a People Operations Manager (gn) to start as soon as possible in the Human Resources department in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main). As our People Operations Manager, you will support our Company and Department Leaders in all HR-related processes and issues, and ensure a coherent and modern HR strategy for all permanent employees at GOPA's head office and all other GOPA-affiliated employees abroad. You will manage the processing of employee data, monitor time tracking and absence, learning and development activity, and assist in the hiring process. Your responsibilities & tasks Maintenance and management of all personnel data in GOPA HR system (Personio) and ERP system Maconomy: e.g. creating employee records, maintaining records timesheets and calculations Work with GOPA Group colleagues to ensure smooth implementation of monthly payroll and yearly compensation reviewsManagement of HR-related documentation and paperworkWork with German Chambers of Commerce (AHKs) to control and administer overseas employeesEnsuring a smooth onboarding for new employees and offboarding for employees leaving the companyCreation and presentation of statistics and analysesAdvise in contractual and labour law issuesAssist in the organisation and delivery of GOPA’s learning and development offerContact point for the works council Your profile You have an academic degree in Human Resources or related fields (Business Management, Economics, Law etc.) or equivalent vocational educationYou have some prior work experience, ideally in an operational HR teamYou have excellent oral and written communication skills with native level German and very good EnglishYou have good organisational skills and can manage your time What we offer Team & culture: You will join dynamic, multi-cultural and multilingual team members who enjoy working together and who support each other.Responsibility: You join a company committed to being environmentally responsible wherever we operate.Development: Our annual career development and performance review process will help you to set clearly defined goals and objectives.
