<p><strong>Project description</strong></p><p>The project involves the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level data processing and reporting solutions. It includes working with SAP Data Services for ETL workflows, SAP Business Objects for report development, and modern backend technologies such as Java and Spring Framework. The goal is to ensure accurate data transformation, integration, and presentation across systems in a scalable and reliable environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Install and configure SAP IPS/DS (BODS) and SAP BO tools.</li><li>Design, build, and maintain ETL workflows using SAP Data Services and DBT.</li><li>Develop and maintain Business Objects reports.</li><li>Implement backend logic using Java 8+, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Oracle DB.</li><li>Write and optimize complex SQL queries</li><li>Ensure performance and data accuracy across transformation pipelines.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.</li><li>(Optional) Support frontend development using Angular/React/JSP if needed.</li><li>Proactively contribute to problem-solving and system improvements.</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><p><strong>Must have</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 4 years hands-on experience as a software developer in an enterprise organization working on complex custom developed applications</li><li>Desired: working experience in agile software development</li><li>Java 8</li><li>Spring Framework</li><li>Spring MVC</li><li>Servlets</li><li>Hibernate</li><li>Oracle</li><li>SQL - ability to write complex queries</li><li>Knowledge of underlying protocols of web applications (http/https, dns etc.)</li><li>Basic infrastructure knowledge of web applications</li></ul><p><br></p><p>SAP Data Services:</p><ul><li>Experience with installation and setup of SAP IPS/DS (BODS)</li><li>Design and development of ETL flows using SAP DS + Designer</li></ul><p><br></p><p>SAP Business Objects:</p><ul><li>Experience with installation and setup of SAP BO</li><li>Design and development of BO reports</li></ul><p><br></p><p>DBT:</p><ul><li>Developing, maintaining, and optimizing data transformation workflows using DBT, ensuring data accuracy</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Soft skills:</p><ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Proactive</li><li>Willing to learn</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to have skills</strong></p><ul><li>Developing complex bespoke applications using Angular/React/JSP or similar frameworks</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Languages:</strong></p><p>English - C1 Fluent</p>
