Lead Global HR Transformation
As a strategic leader, you will play a key role in driving the transformation and change process within our Ophthalmology global management team. Your expertise in operational HR-related processes and tools will enable you to provide professional HR consulting services and drive strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
* Align HR policies and procedures with the organization's vision and culture.
* Drive the development and implementation of HR processes and programs with global and regional reach.
* Manage interfaces with local HRBMs, country HR organizations, and central HR functions.
Requirements:
Relevant academic degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree or relevant certifications.
Fluent in English and German.
Several years of proven experience as an HR Business Manager in a business and sales environment, with expertise in operational HR-related processes and tools.
