About the Client:
A specialized asset management firm with offices in Munich and London. They are looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to join their team in Munich on a part-time basis.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to join a boutique asset management firm in Munich! This is a varied, dynamic role which oversees the office administration, as well as offering the opportunity to assist with compliance, operations and project support.
* Oversee the daily office administration, including support with travel coordination, appointment management, and invoice processing
* Support the operations team in day-to-day business tasks
* Coordinate with external providers, such as IT support and compliance consultants
* Assist with document preparation, including reports and presentations
* Provide organizational and project-related support for the Portfolio Manager
* Other ad-hoc tasks, as required
Candidate Specification:
* Previous experience in an office management or coordination role
* Experience in the financial sector, or similar regulated environment
* Fluency is German and English (both verbal and written) is essential for this role
* Excellent organizational skills
* Proactive and can-do attitude
* High attention to detail
* Able to maintain strict confidentiality
Additional Information:
* This role is based in central Munich, and is fully on-site
* 50-60K EUR, full-time equivalent
* This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week
