EUROJET Turbo GmbH is the international management consortium for the EJ200 turbofan engine, a cornerstone of Europe’s largest joint military aircraft program, the Eurofighter Typhoon. Located in Hallbergmoos, near Munich Airport, Germany, we are at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the aerospace industry.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Programme Manager for a Middle East Customer (m/f/d) to join us full-time (40 hours/week).

Your Mission
* Programme Management: Act as the main focal point for a Middle East Customer incl. management and coordination of all programme management activities
* Collaboration: Interface with the relevant programme team members to ensure proper planning, monitoring/control and risk management of the overall programme.
* Purchase Orders: Allocate purchase orders issued by the Middle East Customer.
* Support: Support the Sales and Commercial Team in the acquisition of future export business. Assist the Business Support & Quality Director in the programme management and administration of other customers.

Your Profile
We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: University degree in an engineering, technical or business field (or comparable education). At least 2 years experience in Programme Management.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities and enthusiasm for collaborating with various teams and partners in an international environment.
* Technical Attitude: Demonstrated experience in using problem analysis tools, solving techniques and risk analysis
* Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated experience in managing contract administration and programme controlling
* Soft Skills: Negotiation and influencing skills, priority setting, conflict resolution and ability to build and maintain effective relationships
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
* For contractual reasons, the position is limited to NATO nationals and NATO-equivalent nationals
