We are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, an experienced Asset Manager to join a Berlin-based real estate investment firm.
About the role
Our client focuses on value-add investment strategies, primarily across office assets, with selective exposure to the hotel sector. The position offers the opportunity to actively manage and optimize a diverse portfolio, driving performance and value creation.
Key responsibilities
* Strategic and operational asset management of office properties and selected hotel assets
* Identification and execution of value-add initiatives (leasing, repositioning, capex)
* Business plan development, budgeting, and performance tracking
* Close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and service providers
* Monitoring market trends and supporting investment decisions
Your profile
* Several years of experience in asset management or a related real estate role
* Strong understanding of value-add strategies, particularly in office assets
* Experience with hotel assets is a plus
* Analytical mindset with strong financial and commercial skills
* Fluent in English; German is advantageous
