Accounting & Tax Manager - Internal Controls and Process Improvement (m/f/d) near Venlo

We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Internal Control & Process Improvement Specialist to join our Finance team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational excellence.
Design and implement the internal control framework within Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and processes.
Monitor and report on control effectiveness including follow up on internal or external audit findings.
Work closely with the ERP team to implement process changes in IT systems and support the Finance department in system optimization.
3-5 years of experience in Finance.
~ You are interested in process design and have experience with internal controls within Finance
~ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Thrives in a fast-paced international environment, embracing growth and change.
