As an Employee Relations Partner (m/f/d) - temporary until 28.02.2029, you will be the central point of contact for all employee-related matters. You will promote a positive working environment, support employees with individual concerns, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
1. Point of contact and support for employees regarding professional and personal questions related to their employment (., working time models, compensation, conflict resolution)
2. Support employees in both office and production areas, including onboarding, use of ESS (Employee Self Service) and shared services, as well as implementation of country-specific HR processes (., BEM – company reintegration management, ATZ – partial retirement)
3. Promote “help for self-help” in the use of digital HR services and applications
4. Conduct and coordinate recruiting activities for direct employees as well as indirect production-related roles
5. Act as an interface with other HR functions such as HR Business Partners, Service Centers, and Competence Centers
6. Collaborate with the works council to clarify labor law and co-determination matters
7. Provide support for various management and stakeholder requests, for example during audits and reviews
Your Experience and Qualifications
8. Completed degree or comparable qualification plus additional training and solid professional experience in the HR environment
9. Strong knowledge of labor law and works constitution law as well as HR processes
10. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution capability
11. Confident use of HR systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) and MS Office
12. Fluent German (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
