Deine Aufgaben:
Strategische Kommunikation:
* Schärfung und Weiterentwicklung von Vision- und Mission-Statements
* Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Kommunikationsstrategie
* Aufbau eines konsistenten Messaging-Frameworks und klarer Kernbotschaften
PR & Medienarbeit:
* Aufbau und Pflege nationaler und internationaler Medienkontakte (Halbleiter, IoT, Deep Tech)
* Konzeption und Steuerung von Pressemitteilungen, Fachartikeln, Interviews und Gastbeiträgen
* Vorbereitung und Coaching des C-Levels für Medienauftritte
* Monitoring und Analyse der Medienpräsenz sowie des NR+ Ökosystems
Public Affairs & Politische Kommunikation:
* Positionierung von Last Mile Semiconductor im Kontext europäischer Technologie-Souveränität
* Erstellung von Positionspapieren (z. B. EU Chips Act, Mikroelektronik, IoT)
* Aufbau und Pflege politischer Kontakte auf EU-, Bundes- und Landesebene
* Vertretung des Unternehmens in politischen Konsultationen
Marketing, Product Marketing & Branding:
* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Marketingstrategie und digitalen Präsenz
* Technische Positionierung der Produkte (z. B. LM10XX SoC)
* Entwicklung von Branding-Guidelines, visueller Sprache und Tonalität
* Schärfung des Differenzierungsnarrativs gegenüber konkurrierenden IoT-Standards
* Erstellung von Whitepapers, Case Studies und technischen Materialien
Messen & Events:
* Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer übergreifenden Messestrategie
* Planung sowie kommunikative Vor- und Nachbereitung von Events
* Koordination von Speaking Opportunities
* Konzeption und Betreuung eigener Messeauftritte und -formate
Teamaufbau & Steuerung externer Partner:
* Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kommunikations- und Marketingaktivitäten
* Aufbau skalierbarer Prozesse und Strukturen
* Perspektivischer Aufbau eines eigenen Teams
* Steuerung externer Dienstleister (PR, Design, Video, Web)
Dein Profil:
* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in strategischer Kommunikation, PR, Marketing oder Public Affairs – idealerweise im Deep-Tech-, Halbleiter- oder IoT-Umfeld
* Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Medien, Investor:innen und politischen Stakeholdern
* Starkes strategisches Denken und Gespür für Narrative und Positionierung
* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Marketing- und Kommunikationskanälen
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
* Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
* Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen, technologiegetriebenen Umfeld

Your tasks:
Strategic communication:
* Sharpening and further development of vision and mission statements
* Development and implementation of a holistic communication strategy
* Building a consistent messaging framework and clear core messages
PR & media relations:
* Establishing and maintaining national and international media contacts (semiconductors, IoT, deep tech)
* Conception and management of press releases, specialist articles, interviews and guest contributions
* Preparation and coaching of the C-level for media appearances
* Monitoring and analysis of media presence and the NR+ ecosystem
Public affairs & political communication:
* Positioning of Last Mile Semiconductor in the context of European technology sovereignty
* Preparation of position papers (e.g. EU Chips Act, microelectronics, IoT)
* Establishing and maintaining political contacts at EU, federal and state level
* Representation of the company in political consultations
Marketing, Product Marketing & Branding:
* Establishment and further development of the marketing strategy and digital presence
* Technical positioning of the products (e.g. LM10XX SoC)
* Development of branding guidelines, visual language and tonality
* Sharpening the differentiation narrative against competing IoT standards
* Creation of white papers, case studies and technical materials
Trade fairs & events:
* Development and implementation of an overarching trade fair strategy
* Planning and communicative preparation and follow-up of events
* Coordination of speaking opportunities
* Conception and support of own trade fair appearances and formats
Team building & management of external partners:
* Further development of existing communication and marketing activities
* Establishing scalable processes and structures
* Prospective development of an in-house team
* Management of external service providers (PR, design, video, web)
Your profile:
* Completed studies in communications, marketing, business or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in strategic communication, PR, marketing or public affairs - ideally in the deep tech, semiconductor or IoT environment
* Ability to prepare complex technical content in a target group-oriented manner
* Experience in dealing with the media, investors and political stakeholders
* Strong strategic thinking and a flair for narratives and positioning
* Confident handling of digital marketing and communication channels
* Very good written and spoken German and English (C-level)
* Structured, independent way of working and hands-on mentality
* Enjoy working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment
