Domiciliary Secretary Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining high-quality relationships.
* Administrative Support: Assist multiple client accounts, providing timely and accurate service throughout the process.
* Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external parties to address client queries and resolve non-routine issues.
* Meetings: Organize and facilitate board and shareholder meetings, preparing and following up on related documents and action items.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
* Legal qualification or university degree preferred.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with client exposure.
* Knowledge of Luxembourg Company Law is essential.
2. Skills:
* Ability to work independently and under pressure, being perfectly organized and rigorous.
* Able to maintain integrity and strive for excellence at all times.
* Pro-active attitude with flexibility and a 'hands-on' approach.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Fluent English speaker/French basics.
