JOB DESCRIPTION
EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany.
In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
2. Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
3. Maintaining strong client relationships
We are looking for candidates who:
4. Are fluent in German and English
5. Have proven food safety auditing experience, such as in food retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores, or gas stations
6. Hold food safety qualifications, such as HACCP or ISO 22000
7. Are able to efficiently cover the defined territory
8. Hold a valid driving license and have their own car
9. Have a passion for coaching and teaching in food-related settings
10. Are comfortable working independently
Availability:
11. Long-term availability for recurring audits
12. Ability to support quarterly audits and re-audits
Note:This is a freelance/consulting opportunity with Ecolab. No relocation or visa sponsorship is available.
