About The Role
The
working student
will assist the Consumer Care Team in their daily operations. This role will be available for
6 months
, based in Heidelberg (Germany) as part of a global team.
Your responsibilities
* Support Call Center Representatives
* Be the interface between Call Center and the internal Reckitt Teams (all over Europe)
* Gather information for consumer queries and forward queries related to other departments internally
* Gather product updates from markets within the region
* Support daily team operations
* Sort and open workload (letters, products)
* Ensure product master data is updated in Consumer Care system
* Give accurate, timely and appropriate feedback on issues to the direct manager
* Handle special projects and tasks as required by Management
