We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Training Coordinator.
* The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing training courses for all staff members.
* This involves contributing to the identification of needs and development of the organization's training plan.
* Additionally, the Training Coordinator will ensure rigorous monitoring of training activities and take charge of their practical organization.
* Effective management of relationships with external training providers and internal trainers is also expected.
Qualifications:
* A high school diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration is required.
* Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
* Fluency in French, English, and Luxembourgish is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of MS Office is necessary.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude are mandatory.
