You administer and maintain the current databases & ERP. Act as backup in all operational processes - i.e., logistics, customs, shipping. You perform tool calibrations in our in-house Calibration Lab. Activities We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a Team Member in our Operations & Calibration Lab for our office in Constance, Germany. In this role, you serve as an interface between IT and business, while maintaining an operations-focused approach and delivering strategic impact. This role reports directly to the COO. Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field. You live in the Constance area - this is an in-office role. Excellent understanding of our existing tech-stack - Must have: MS ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Automate). High attention to detail. Good communication skills with excellent English skills (grammatically correct verbally and in writing). Analytical and structured mindset.
