As a Business Development Manager, located in Germany for Personal Safety Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make impact by:
1. Achieving growth targets in the hospital market
2. Supporting our sales partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
3. Strategic development of sales/the sales partners through targeted market analyses and business development measures
4. Establishing and maintenance of partnerships with clinics, medical facilities, purchasing groups, and other relevant stakeholders
5. Conducting competitive analyses to identify market opportunities and risks
6. Close collaboration with internal departments such as product management, marketing, and sales
7. Creation of business plans, revenue forecasts, and reports to measure the success of the implemented measures
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
8. Successfully completed vocational training or studies in the economic or technical field
9. Relevant experience and network in the healthcare/hospital industry
10. Strong sales and profit mentality as well as strategic thinking
11. Distinct, authentic, and target group-oriented communication skills
12. Willingness to travel within the DACH region
13. Strong implementation skills and high self-motivation
14. Extensive experience in dealing with purchasing groups in the hospital market
15. Fluent in German and English
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed further in this role include:
16. Experience in the field of Personal Safety - Occupational Safety
17. Experience in the field of trade or experience in collaboration with the trade
