Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Custody Business Analyst with expertise in change management for Traditional Funds.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely delivery of changes within defined quality requirements.
* Manage key strategic initiatives in conjunction with Senior Management.
* Implement Standard Operating Model for CCS operations and align it with the Global operating Model.
* Conduct business process reviews and re-engineering where required.
* Analyze business processes and system functionality to support solution definition and project implementations.
* Liaise with IT unit in respect of new client functional developments design and implementation.
* Conduct operational readiness assessments, planning, and implementation.
* Determine and manage gaps, risks, and issues and plan mitigation actions.
* User Acceptance Testing (Functional Testing) which involves Test Case Preparation, Scripting, and Execution.
* Manage Project resources, timelines, scope, and budgets proactively.
* Interact with stakeholders including IT, Client Line, BAU operations, senior management, and other internal stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of CCS activities and processes, at least five years of experience implementing change into Operations Teams, and excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams are essential.
