Our Automotive team consists of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we’re an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.The RoleThe Head of Marketing Europe is expected to implement and deliver the Marketing & Communications strategy for Europe. While the general strategy is largely in line with global strategy, the role holder is expected to come up with and develop individualized approaches based on the requirements of the Region’s target markets.The role requires a broad experience in all fields of marketing, preferably within the automotive industry. Experience in brand building of a new brand is also expected.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Adapt the global marketing strategy to fulfil the requirements of European markets for the product and the brand Grenadier consistent with brand valuesConceive, plan and execute regional and local events with the help of 3rd parties as required that fit with the Grenadier brand strategy and messagesWork with the central marketing and events teams to maximise the regional impact and sales value of global marketing and events assets, in terms of adaptations and local specificsClose working relationship with the European Head of Sales plus the European Regional Sales and the Aftersales ManagersClose collaboration with the Sales Operations Manager and Regional Sales Managers to maximise the INEOS sales funnelManage the content quality for external communication materialQualifications:Minimum education to first degree level (BA or equivalent), Master degree preferredExperience in Leadership with solid management style, prioritisation and goal setting skillsSelf-motivation attitude and influencing skillsMarketing Communications and Media experience in a B2C environment:Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends and commercial best practice.Creative with ability to think outside the box.Articulate with strong presentation skills.Experience in co-ordinating agencies to successfully complete multiple projects.Automotive experience highly desirable, but preference would be for a candidate with broader sector experience than just automotiveProven involvement with national/international branding activities.Managed substantial budgets.Awareness of or experience in markets with different cultural and religious demographics.Fluent English language, German language helpful #J-18808-Ljbffr
