THE ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Process Excellence & Digitalisation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping, implementing, and continuously improving end-to-end business processes across the organisation. You will act as a strategic partner to business and technical stakeholders, driving process maturity, transparency, and scalability in a growing and dynamic environment.
In this role, you will define a clear process vision, translate strategic objectives into operational process designs, and lead to the rollout of standardised end-to-end processes across the entire value chain. You will have deep exposure to the full project life cycle of renewable energy, with a particular focus on solar projects, and your work will directly contribute to value creation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
TASKS
Process Strategy & Design
* Define and further develop the end-to-end process landscape in line with company strategy.
* Create a process vision and roadmap for process excellence and digitalisation initiatives.
* Identify, prioritise, and design key value-adding processes across the value chain.
* Ensure clarity of process ownership, interfaces, and governance.
Process Implementation & Rollout
* Lead and coordinate the implementation and rollout of standardised processes across business units.
* Drive stakeholder alignment across functions such as Project Management, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and IT.
* Translate business requirements into scalable and executable process designs.
* Ensure sustainable adoption through change management, communication, and documentation.
Continuous Improvement & Value Creation
* Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement potential.
* Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and maturity.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
* Support the organisation in moving towards a more data-driven and process-orientated mindset.
PROFILE
* University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field.
* Professional experience in process management, process implementation, consulting, or operational excellence.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and value chains, ideally in project-driven environments.
* Proven experience in stakeholder management across different seniority levels and functions.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
* Experience in the renewable energy field, especially solar, is an advantage.
* Affinity for digital tools and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills and a structured, proactive working style.
* Fluent in English; German or Italian is an advantage
