Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support in all HR-related tasks (e.g., preparation of employment contracts, personnel communications, works council hearings, and much more)
2. Administration of personnel development measures
3. Active support in various recruiting and onboarding processes
4. Active support in the further development of our HR processes
5. Active support for selected topics and projects as needed
Qualifications:
6. Enrolled in a degree program such as business administration, business education, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on human resources management, labor law, or education
7. Initial experience in a working student position is desirable, ideally in the field of human resources or labor law
8. Independent, committed, reliable, and meticulous way of working
9. Confident and assured manner
10. Quick comprehension, initiative, trustworthiness, and a high sense of responsibility combined with excellent communication skills
11. Proficiency in MS Office programs
12. Good written and spoken German and English skills
