Wir suchen eine:n IT-Consultant als Customer Value Engineer – BI, Prozessautomatisierung & AI (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Value-Engineering-Teams bei IntegrityNext. Gemeinsam mit unseren Produkt-, Nachhaltigkeits-, Sales- und Customer-Success-Teams gestaltest du ein skalierbares, wiederholbares Service-Angebot, das schnell messbaren Mehrwert für unsere Kund:innen schafft – und sich nachhaltig Jahr für Jahr weiterentwickelt. Du konzipierst und implementierst Dashboards, Automatisierungen und AI-Workflows, die den Plattform-Impact über Einkaufs- und ESG-Teams hinweg maximieren.
Was erwartet dich?
Plattform-Mehrwert in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen realisieren
1. Du agierst als technische:r Lead oder primäre Ansprechperson in Onboarding- und Optimierungsprojekten mit Kund:innen – über verschiedene nachhaltige Lieferkettenlösungen, Branchen und Regionen hinweg
2. Du übersetzt fachliche und operative Anforderungen in BI-Dashboards, Automatisierungen und KI-gestützte Workflows, die die Time-to-Value deutlich verkürzen
3. Du nutzt IntegrityNext APIs und Datenoutputs, um Kundensysteme wie ERP-Lösungen, Lieferantenportale oder BI-Stacks anzubinden
Wiederverwendbare Intelligenz aufbauen und skalieren
4. Du entwickelst und pflegst skalierbare Assets wie Dashboards, Connector-Templates, Automatisierungs-Flows und AI Agents
5. Du konzipierst, pilotierst und implementierst intelligente Features, die manuellen Aufwand reduzieren und eine konsistente Delivery-Qualität über Kund:innen hinweg sicherstellen
6. Du arbeitest eng mit Product- und Engineering-Teams zusammen, um auf Basis realer Nutzung Roadmap-Prioritäten zu testen und mitzugestalten
Verantwortung für Delivery-Tooling und Erfolgsmessung übernehmen
7. Gemeinsam mit Customer Success und Product definierst du Plattform-KPIs für Onboarding, Nutzung und Lieferanten-Engagement
8. Du unterstützt dabei, Time-to-Value, Feature-Adoption und Integrationsgrad messbar zu machen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
9. Du identifizierst fortlaufend Potenziale, um individuelle Delivery-Lösungen in skalierbare, produktisierte Plattform-Features zu überführen
10. Du bringst dich aktiv in ein lernorientiertes Umfeld ein, in dem Tools, Patterns und Best Practices offen im Team geteilt werden

11. Du bist die technische Stimme in Post-Rollout-Retrospektiven und Continuous-Improvement-Sessions.
12. Du arbeitest cross-funktional an der Weiterentwicklung von Delivery-Frameworks, AI-Workflows und Plattform-Templates.
13. Du teilst Erkenntnisse systematisch, um Produkt-Roadmap, Partner-Designs und Integrations-Best Practices nachhaltig zu beeinflussen.
Was solltest du mitbringen?
Erfahrung & Fokus auf Plattform-Delivery
14. Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in Data-/IT-Consulting, Engineering, Plattform-Integration oder in Forward-Deployed-/Customer-Facing-Tech-Rollen
15. Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Implementierung von BI-Dashboards, zum Einsatz RESTful APIs sowie zur Unterstützung realer Systemintegrationen
16. Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse in Tools wie Power BI, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Lovable sowie OpenAI-Integrationen
17. Bonus: Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Skalierung wiederverwendbarer Delivery-Komponenten in SaaS- oder ESG-Umfeldern

We’re looking for an IT-consultant as Customer Value Engineer – BI, Process Automation & AI (m/f/d) to join our Value Engineering team at IntegrityNext. Together with our product, sustainability expert, sales and customer success teams, you will shape a repeatable service offering that creates impact quickly – and keeps growing year over year. You will design and implement dashboards, automations, and AI workflows that maximize platform impact across procurement and ESG teams.
What can you expect?
Deliver platform value in close collaboration with customers
41. Act as the technicallead or primary point of contact in customer onboarding and optimization projects across different sustainable supply chain solutions, industriesand geos
42. Translate delivery needs into BI dashboards, automations,and AI supported workflows that accelerate time-to-value
43. Use IntegrityNext APIs and data outputs to integrate with customer systems (e.g. ERP, supplier portals, BI stacks)
Build and scale reusable intelligence
44. Build and maintain scalable assets: dashboards, connector templates, automation flows, and AI agents
45. Design,pilotand deploy intelligent features that reduce manual effort and improve delivery consistency across customers
46. Work closely with Product and Engineering to test and shape roadmap priorities based on real-world usage
Take responsibility for delivery tooling and measurement
47. Define platform KPIs for onboarding, usage, and supplier engagement with CSM and Product teams
48. Help measure and improve time-to-value, feature adoption, and integration completeness
49. Continuously identify opportunities to collaboratively convert custom delivery work into productized platform features
50. Contribute to a learning-oriented environment where tools, patterns, and best practices are shared openly across the team
Connect customer impact to product evolution
51. Be the technical voice in post-rollout retrospectives and continuous improvement sessions
52. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve delivery frameworks, AI workflows, and platform templates
53. Share learnings to influence roadmap, partner design feedback, and integration best practices
What should you bring along?
Experience & Platform Delivery Focus
54. 4+ years in dataIT-consulting, engineering, platform integration, or forward-deployed technical roles
55. Demonstrated ability to implement BI dashboards, use RESTful APIs, and support real-world system integration
56. Strong working knowledge of tools like Power BI, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier,Loveableand OpenAI integrations(youdon’tneed experience with every tool listed; we value the ability to learn and adapt)
57. Bonus: experience building and scaling reusable service delivery components in SaaS/ESG environments
58. Proven ability to work with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and prompt engineering concepts
59. Experience building andmaintainingautomation pipelines using n8n or similar platforms
60. Exposure to enterprise system landscapes (ERP, procurement, supplier systems) and understanding of basic data structures
