Your responsibilities
1. Identify, analyze and manage credit risk arising across the cross-commodities counterparty portfolio of the Uniper Group
2. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of credit portfolio movements, develop forecasts, stress testing and identify key drivers
3. Provide insight into credit risk best practice, managing the credit cost framework and other credit risk steering metrics like, CVA, CVaR and PFE
4. Manage credit desk analytic tools and present the status of the credit risk portfolios to senior management and trading functions across the organization
5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with commodity trading desks and provide recommendations to optimize current portfolio
6. Support projects, develop and improvements of credit risks models and Credit Risk Systems
Your profile
7. University degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or related field
8. 5 plus years of experience ideally in an energy trading companies or bank, as credit risk analyst or portfolio analyst.
9. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
10. Experience in quantitative risk methodologies (CVAR, CVA, PFE), stress testing, pricing credit risk
11. Strong technical skills: proficiency in Excel, analytical tools, VBA, SQL and Python programming.
12. Strong team player with experience of working in an international and multicultural team, with the ability to cultivate strong positive working relationships
13. Ability to work independently, form own judgment/opinions, provide insights and drive change
14. Strong team player with the ability to establish solid inter-departmental relationships
15. Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with Senior Management
