The IT Project Manager is a key member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) within the KHE Group IT organization. We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded professional to lead key Digital E-Commerce and IT transformation initiatives across Europe.
Over time, you will expand your impact by managing additional IT and digital projects within the Group.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, a solid understanding of e commerce and digital ecosystems, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse markets, languages, and technical environments.
Project & Platform Management
• Lead cross-functional IT and digital projects from concept to launch - including marketplace onboarding, platform integrations, and system enhancements.
• Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and ensure successful and timely delivery.
Ensure platform compliance with EU digital commerce regulations (GDPR, VAT, and platform-specific policies).
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, sprint reviews, and progress updates with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, IT, Product Owners, UX/UI, Logistics).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT or e-commerce project management, ideally in a B2B or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, and data management.
• Familiarity with EU e-commerce regulations, data privacy (GDPR), and cross border logistics.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional project teams and agile delivery.
• Fluent in English ; German or French) are a strong plus.
• Experience with ERP (SAP), PIM, and OMS systems.
• Google Analytics, Power BI, Magento, Salesforce CC, Shopify, SAP Hybris).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
