YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Working Student to support the structuring and management of product data across our headless commerce platform within the context of a B2B2C machinery manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital commerce operations, with a focus on product content, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
YOUR TASKS
1. Assist in collecting, organizing, and uploading product data (descriptions, specifications, images) into the CommerceTools platform.
2. Collaborate with brand teams to gather and validate technical product information on a global level.
3. Support the creation of product bundles, accessories, and downloadable assets.
4. Help streamline internal documentation and workflows related to product setup.
5. Coordinate with developers to ensure product data is structured correctly for ERP integration and frontend display.
6. Participate in QA testing for product launches and catalog updates.
7. Contribute to performance tracking and reporting using GA4 and other analytics tools.
8. Support to conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the machinery and industrial tools sector.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
9. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
11. Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets.
12. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital content management.
13. Good communication skills in English (mandatory); Spanish or other European languages is a plus.
14. Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
