We’re representing a high-growth European network infrastructure provider on the lookout for a German-speaking Sales Account Executive to lead new business expansion across Germany.
This role is pivotal to their strategic growth, with a greenfield site under development and ambitious plans to scale both fibre infrastructure and data centre interconnect services. 📍 Germany - Frankfurt or Munich, Hybrid | Permanent Role
The Role:
As the Sales Account Executive, you’ll drive high-impact business development targeting the largest consumers of fibre connectivity and data centre services in Germany.
You’ll identify and convert new opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and play a key role in establishing a strong market footprint for enterprise and cloud connectivity.
Think: field-based, strategic sales, targeting hyperscalers, carriers, and large enterprises — all while helping to shape the direction of a next-gen infrastructure provider.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and execute a high-impact new business sales strategy for the German infrastructure market.
* Identify and engage with high-value enterprise and wholesale customers.
* Leverage your network to unlock key accounts and convert them into long-term clients.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise and public sectors.
* Position high-capacity, low-latency connectivity solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Exceed revenue targets through a solution and value-led, consultative sales approach.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in infrastructure or technology sales within the German market, including fibre or data centre services sales in the region.
* Strong existing network among enterprise, cloud, or carrier customers.
* Deep network and knowledge of enterprise customers and digital infrastructure buyers.
* A natural hunter who thrives in a new business, field-based role
* Fluent in German with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling, entrepreneurial environment
