Extensive knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles and practices in Visual Information Production Operations and skill in applying this knowledge to communicate complex themes through visual materials and lead the development of concept/ideas for marketing and print to meet client objectives. Progressive work experience in graphics design or education with a major study in graphic design, commercial art, fine arts,art history, photography, visual communication, or other fields related to this position. Must have knowledge of printing, electronic publishing,illustration, and photographic techniques, theories, and practices. Must be able to communicate orally and in writing and be skilled in interpersonal relations. Demonstrated experience directing the flow of a department or team to ensure completion of long-and/or short-term projects. Previous lead and/or supervisor experience.
