Kaesler Nutrition, with approximately 140 employees at the headquarters in Cuxhaven, Germany, plus field representatives and an office in China, is a manufacturer and trader of high-quality animal nutrition for all farm animals. The company provides worldwide customers with support and advice.
Responsibilities
* Leading, promoting, and intrinsically motivating subordinate employees, as well as initiating and participating in personnel measures in coordination with HR
* Designing and implementing marketing strategies to position new and existing products
* Developing and implementing measures to increase market awareness and sharpen the brand profile
* Conducting market and competition analyses
* Developing new markets based on these analyses
* Commercializing technical data for storytelling
* Developing and implementing our digital marketing on various digital platforms
* Coordinating external agencies and service providers
Your profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or comparable qualification
* Master\'s degree in a relevant field desirable
* Several years of professional experience as a marketing manager, ideally in the animal feed industry
* Knowledge of digital marketing platforms
* Basic knowledge of graphic design desirable
* Experience in implementing marketing strategies, channels, and branding
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good written and spoken English skills
