Tasks Analyze sales data and inventory levels to support collection and assortment planning Create and maintain Excel-based reports for budgeting, purchasing and forecasting Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to manage supply chain operations Communicate with international suppliers and track delivery timelines Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling and preparing presentations Participate in internal projects to improve workflows and operational efficiency Requirements Experience in controlling or a degree in business, fashion management or a related field is an advantage Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and a structured, analytical working style Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus Proactive, organized, and reliable team player Analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers Closing Your Location: Weil am Rhein / Germany
