As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers across Europe through phone, email, or chat — providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Your Profile
* Native or C1 German and at least B2 English
* Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
* Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable with technology (CRM tools, chat systems)
* Customer service or contact center experience is welcome but not mandatory
* Eager to relocate and start a stable, long-term career in Greece
