As an Engagement Manager, you’ll lead high-impact consulting engagements focused on customer experience (CX) strategy, digital innovation, and business transformation. You'll work closely with C-level executives, guiding them on how to unlock value and deliver exceptional digital experiences. From discovery and analysis to storytelling and roadmap development, you’ll help shape the future of customer engagement. What You’ll Do Lead strategy engagements across multiple industries with a focus on digital experience (DX) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to identify opportunities and support deal progression Develop strategic roadmaps and value realization frameworks for enterprise customers Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses: benchmarking, value modeling, digital journey assessments, and more Present insights and recommendations to senior executives, becoming a trusted advisor at the CXO level Guide and support a team of consultants throughout engagements Create compelling thought leadership content on digital experience trends and innovation What We’re Looking For Strong consulting background in digital strategy, customer experience, or transformation Proven ability to communicate and influence at the executive level Experience managing strategic engagements or transformation projects Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights Natural collaborator who thrives in matrixed environments with hybrid/remote teams Passionate about digital technology and delivering real-world business impact Comfortable working across industries such as financial services, tech, retail, manufacturing, or media Bonus Points If You Have Prior experience in a top consulting firm, leading technology company, or strategic marketing department Familiarity with digital marketing architecture, martech stacks, or customer journey tools Experience in industries like Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail & CPG, or Travel & Hospitality An MBA or other advanced degree Why Apply?
