Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, as well as ensure induction training for new arrivals. Having an in-depth knowledge and appreciation for the brand and using these elements to share the legacy and vision with the team and clients. Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers in the long term. Monitor and analyse sales performance, suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize store profitability. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or role in luxury retail. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service. Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude. Fluent in English and German, a third language is a plus.
