FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.
The role of the function is to be part of the Chief Risk Officer's team and responsible for managing operational risks across our organization.
Your role
• Identify and assess operational risks across various business units and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather risk information, conduct risk assessments, and identify potential risk areas.
• Assess the impact and likelihood of identified operational risks. Use appropriate risk assessment methodologies and tools to quantify and measure risks. Regularly review and update risk assessments to reflect changes in the business environment.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize the impact of identified risks. Monitor the effectiveness of controls and recommend enhancements as needed.
• Prepare regular risk reports for the Chief Risk Officer and senior management. Provide updates on the status of operational risks, mitigation efforts, and emerging risk trends. Establish and maintain risk monitoring systems and processes to ensure timely identification and escalation of potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to operational risk management.
• Promote a strong risk culture within the organization. Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees about operational risks, control measures, and their roles in risk management.
Your profile
Education:
* University degree (Bac + 5 min) in finance or economics.
Requested experience:
* 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar position.
Specific skills:
* Strong knowledge of operational risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to operational risk management.
* Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
Soft skills:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and quantify risks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Language skills:
* Fluent in French and English.
