We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing and Community Manager to advance our brand and values within the birding community. Your Role Develop and implement marketing campaigns specifically targeting eco-conscious and enthusiastic birders. Build and maintain relationships within the global and European birding community. Promote sustainable practices through all marketing initiatives and act as an ambassador of our environmental values. Create content and maintain a strong presence on social media and other platforms. Collaborate with various departments to support our mission and goals. Your Profile Education: Completed higher education with a focus on business, marketing, medicine, optics, or a similar qualification with at least three years of work experience in a related product segment. Experience: Proven experience in marketing, community building, or advocacy – ideally within the outdoor, optics, or nature sectors. Skills: Ability to create and adapt campaigns to appeal to eco-conscious and enthusiastic audiences. Network: Deep connections within the global and European birding community, understanding of the community, trends, and seasonal behaviors. Knowledge: Familiarity with nature-based tourism, optics (e.g., binoculars, scopes), or outdoor gear is a plus. Presence: Existing presence in the birding community via personal social media channels or content platforms is a strong plus. Communication: Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
