What you bring to the table
* A successfully completed degree in computer science is required
* Several years of professional experience in software development (at least 4 years) – ideally in agile environments, as well as at least one relational database (e.g., MySQL)
* You have in-depth experience with frameworks such as Symfony, React.js, React-Router
* Extensive knowledge of software architecture and clean code
* Good written and spoken English skills (C1) and German skills (B2), team spirit, and a desire to work on-site in the office round out your profile
Your tasks will include
* You will support the development of new features in one of our insurance products using state-of-the-art web technologies and AI tools
* Further development and maintenance of the overall architecture, consisting of frontend, backend, databases, MCP server, caches, etc. (comparison mask, comparison result, conclusion section, REST API)
* Optimizing and scaling the system in service-oriented architecture
* You will be responsible for ensuring our quality standards, e.g., by actively participating in daily code reviews and automated tests
