Junior accountant

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to our client, a dynamic and internationally-focused company for their finance team in Luxembourg, on a temporary contract basis.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and accounting support to senior team members
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments are in line with company policies
Manage daily postal correspondence and filing tasks
Coordinate the collection of signatures on official documentation
Assist with a variety of ad hoc office and financial tasks as needed

Your profile:
You have 1–2 years in a finance, administrative, or accounting support role
You are graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
You are comfortable with learning new systems and tools; Google Workspace, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and online banking interfaces
You are fluent in English; additional proficiency in French or German is an asset
You are detail-oriented, reliable, communicative, with a proactive attitude
