A Tax Specialist (d/w/m) is responsible for the accurate presentation of the financial results and the company status.
The Tax Specialist advises and supports the finance department and the Customer Services funnel with regard to value added tax (VAT).
Ensure that VAT accounting accounts are correct and reconciled with the other relevant data, such as VAT declarations, balance sheet, intrastate and EC Customer Services filings
Support the company’s external audits by preparing schedules/analysis of accounts and transactions for the period under review
Invoice audits, master data maintenance
Preparing presentations for specialist departments and/or the company management

You have experience with ERP system knowledge, as advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- You are experienced with other financial systems (Oracle), Power BI, VAT Software (i.e. You have some experience with international Export Rules and regulations
- You are proficient in English as fluent in German
