HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Act as a trusted contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, benefits and payroll
Ensure compliance with German and Luxembourg labor laws and keep HR manuals up to date
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires and support training for managers on HR processes
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and hiring support
Assist in training, development programs and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. recognition, events)
Manage HR reporting, oversee compensation benchmarking, and handle general HR administration
Assist the Global Head of HR with gathering and analyzing market data for compensation and benefit programs
Special Projects and other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or a related field
~3 - 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
~ Solid knowledge of labor law and HR compliance in Germany and Luxembourg
~ Strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus
~ Proficiency in Excel, MS Office and HR/payroll systems
