To further elevate our digital presence and customer experience, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer / Product Designer (m/f/d) who thrives in creating seamless, user-centric digital experiences and wants to help shape the future of business communication.
As a UX/UI Designer / Product Designer, you’ll join our Digital & Growth Team to elevate how users experience Placetel’s digital platforms. Your designs will guide users to navigate, evaluate, and succeed with simplicity and confidence.
Create and optimize UX/UI designs for websites, landing pages, product pages, our digital self-service flows as well as for our user- and product portals.
Support UX research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
Refine and extend our current design systems and implement in a consistent way across all digital touchpoints.
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
~ Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and measurable impact
~ Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, prototyping tools, etc.)
~ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code
~ Analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven design decisions
~ Fluent in German and comfortable in English-speaking team environments
~ Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently in a remote-first setup
