What You’ll Do: Build and own the European market entry strategy for our Real-Time Visibility SaaS solution. Hunt new business — identify, approach, and win new logos across logistics, shipping, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Manage the full sales cycle : from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and strong customer experience. Drive predictable growth by maintaining a high-quality, high-velocity pipeline. Represent the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and online channels, positioning us as a thought leader in predictive supply chain technology. What You Bring: Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, consistently exceeding quotas. Deep understanding of logistics, ocean freight, or supply chain industries (LogTech experience is a big plus). A hunter mindset — energetic, self-starting, and resilient under pressure. Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to engage with senior executives. Solid sales process discipline : pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM excellence. A sloid network within our industry, LogTech Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (any additional European languages are a plus).
