Duties and responsibilities
* Develops and refines interior design concepts through sketches, 3D modeling, and prototypes.
* Leads design reviews, providing creative and strategic input to enhance design direction.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing.
* Ensures design feasibility by integrating technical, regulatory, and production constraints.
* Mentors junior designers and contributes to the professional development of the design team.
Requirements
Education/Experience
* Bachelor degree or above, in industrial or transportation design.
* Express a high level of creativity through sketching, digital sketching, and final digital rendering.
* Possess a solid theoretical foundation of interior car design from sketch to production, to be able to lead a design from first sketch until final tooling release.
Knowledge
* Proficiency in using sketch and rendering software as well as general knowledge of modelling software.
* Proficient English communication and writing skills, excellent team coordination and communication skills.
Skills and Competencies
* Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated & learning.
* Proactive and creative.
* Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
* Self-confidence. Self-motivated and goal driven. Orientation toward results.
