We are looking for individuals who want to join our team in Stuttgart Germany JOB OPENING Title: Army Community Service (ACS) Lending Closet Administrator Location: Stuttgart, Germany Start date: TBA Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the ACS office. Personnel should be available on short notice. SUMMARY Army Community Service (ACS) is a primary resource agency that delivers services tailored to the needs of the extended U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart community. ACS’s goal is to maintain community readiness and resiliency through its wide range of proactive educational opportunities, as well as individualized counseling and coaching services. The Lending Closet Administrator provides military personnel, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, and their family members relocation support services. The Lending Closet Administrator manages and executes the lending, tracking, and inventory of Lending Closet items. Providing superior customer service and assisting customers during the challenging relocation transition is key. QUALIFICATIONS Able to read, write, and speak English fluently Minimum of one year customer service experience Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Internet, and e-mail Familiar with U.S. Army regulations and lifestyle is highly desirable but not necessary Able to obtain a background check JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: Operate the Lending Closet Issue and receive items in accordance with the Relocation Readiness Program standards. Ensure correct client information is obtained and complete to track Lending Closet transactions. Produce and submit a weekly report on all clients with overdue items. Notify customers of overdue items via email and a follow-up phone call. Maintain and file a hard copy of the Lending Closet contracts. Enter transactions and contacts to the Army Family Web Portal daily. Restock and maintain accurate inventory. Conduct inventory of supply items and provide a status report of the inventory quarterly. Complete records for disposal of all items that have reached the end of their lifecycle and remove items from inventory. Dispose of the items utilizing on-post recycling and disposal facilities. Choose and purchase Lending Closet items. Maintain all Lending Closet items are in safe and sanitary working order. Clean loaner items upon each return and restock the loaner kit before placing it back into the inventory.
