Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding processes.
* Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews, ensuring consistent application of appraisal criteria across the organization.
* Serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support and addressing their concerns to ensure their well-being and motivation.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster retention and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
* At least 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services, finance, or consulting.
* A strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
* Building strong relationships and advising stakeholders at all levels is crucial.
* Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.
