We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:
 * Setting up promotions in the CRM system;
 * Collecting data on the results of completed promotions;
 * Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and suggesting improvements;
 * Creating layouts for promotional emails, SMS, and messages;
 * Communicating with clients through various channels to inform them about new promotions and bonuses;
 * Developing new promotions and bonus programs to attract and retain clients;
 * Collaborating with the team to analyze customer needs and market trends;
 * Participating in the implementation of changes to improve customer satisfaction;
 * Assigning tasks to the copywriting team;
 * Supporting the technical team in resolving promotion-related issues.
Nice to have skills:
 * Experience in the gambling industry.
Qualifications
 * At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role;
 * Experience in developing new bonus strategies;
 * Strong attention to detail and diligence;
 * Analytical skills and the ability to work with data;
 * Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas;
 * Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
