Überall dort, wo gefährliche Stoffe wie brennbare Gase, Dämpfe, Nebel oder Stäube auftreten können, verhindern die Produkte und Lösungen von BARTEC Explosionen und dienen der Sicherheit von Mensch und Umwelt. Zu den Kunden zählen vor allem die Öl- und Gasindustrie sowie Chemie-, Petrochemie- und Pharmakonzerne aus den unterschiedlichsten Regionen der Welt.
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
Steuerung und Überwachung des gesamten Produktionsprozesses in der Anschlusstechnik zur Sicherstellung von Termintreue, Qualität und wirtschaftlicher Effizienz
Enge Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen wie SCM, R&D sowie Qualitätswesen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen, Fertigungstechnologien und Fertigungsmethoden
Erstellung regelmäßiger Produktionsberichte mit relevanten KPIs und Verbesserungs-maßnahmen für die Betriebsleitung
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden sowie Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsstandards im Produktions-bereich
Das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundiertes technisches Verständnis im Bereich Elektrotechnik sowie sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP) sowie MS Office
Strukturierte, organisierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsgeschick und Fähigkeit zur Motivation und Weiter-entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
