You've got
1. Technical Expertise: A strong foundation in back-end development. Proficiency in PHP (Symfony) and hands-on experience with MySQL of RESTful APIs, GCP, Kafka, caching, and system architecture is a strong in the Payment field, with payment service providers, marketplace platforms, or transaction-heavy systems is highly desirable.
2. Initiative: You are proactive and self-driven, understand both technical and business challenges, and can set the right priorities.
3. Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating closely with developers, product managers, tech leads, and UI/UX designers, fostering professional, respectful relationships and remaining open to feedback, while also sharing your knowledge with your teammates.
4. Business Mindset: You prioritize long-term goals and vision over temporary obstacles, making technical decisions that support business objectives.
5. Communication Skills: You are fluent in English - our business language, and can communicate effectively
