Our dynamic team contributes to delivering on our purpose of training the next generation of combat leaders by living our values of Service, Integrity, Excellence, and Together every day!Join our team!We are hiring aThe Fighter Pilot is a key player in our service provided to the German Airforce and reports to the Deputy Chief Pilot Germany.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain operational safety: assess and mitigate risks to Top Aces Inc. equipment, personnel, and reputation.Maintain ATPL or Commercial Pilot license, medical certification, and required currencies.Ensure 100% compliance with applicable TC and/or German Bundeswehr regulations and training rules.Operate outside German domestic airspace, pilots may need to refer to foreign publications and regulations to carry out their missions safely and effectively.Conduct operations according to Top Aces Inc. COM, AFM, and SOPs, with deviations only for safety reasons.Provide professional, polite, and proficient combat support aligned with customer requirements.Report issues impacting your ability to perform tasks as soon as possible.Promptly report incidents that could cause damage, injury, customer perception issues, or media attention.Support positive engagement and leadership within the team.Recognize exceptional performance among team members.DETCO Responsibilities:Perform as Detachment Commander (DETCO), including pre-detachment planning, liaising with the customer, managing personnel and aircraft, overseeing daily flying, and reporting.Act as On Scene Commander during emergencies or delegate this role accordingly.Secondary Duties:Establish relationships with key operational personnel and define training requirements.Maintain and review reference materials regularly.Contribute to professional development and training for pilots.Education and Work Experience Requirements:TC, FAA, European ATPL, or Commercial license with Instrument rating.Minimum 2000 hours PIC in fighter aircraft, preferably with 1000 hours in multi-role fighter attack aircraft.At least 3 years of operational experience within the last 10 years.Recent operational flying experience within the last 2 years.Fluent in German and English.Experience with LFE, CAS, guided munitions, instructor qualifications, fighter weapons, A-4 or Alpha Jet experience, towing systems, etc., are assets.Strong support of company values: Service, Integrity, Excellence, and Together.We offer:A unique workplace in jets formerly used by the military.Challenging activities in a great team in Germany.Attractive compensation.Opportunities to continue working with armed forces after your Air Force career.Work in an international environment with colleagues worldwide. #J-18808-Ljbffr
